Financial Literacy training programme seeks to develop the youth and adults with the required skills to efficiently initiate and manage their finances, it also seeks to create awareness on savings, education on Insurance and education on consumer rights.

The Enterprise owner more often than not does not have a specific person to discuss his/her business difficulties, strategic ideas or other business goals with. Some Enterprise owners simply don’t have the time to think, plan or address these issues.

Enterprise owners are trained through the process of writing their own Business Plans. These are by nature ‘Hands-on Strategic Plans’ to address business issues and business strategies. By compiling and working through all the issues, the Owner can take ownership of the Business Plan and change it when and where necessary.

Soft skills enhance an individual’s interactions, job performance and career prospects. Soft Skills relate to a person’s ability to interact effectively with coworkers and customers and are broadly applicable both in and outside the workplace, this is an important part of their individual contribution to the success of an organization.
